Under current UK legislation any building owner or manager has a legal responsibility to confirm the asbestos status within their property and manage it adequately. The starting point is an asbestos survey carried out by a competent and trained asbestos surveyor. This initial survey can cost as little as a few hundred pounds.
We offer both types of asbestos survey inline with current UK regulations. These are the Management (Old type 2 surveys) and the Demolition / Refurbishment (old type 3 survey) asbestos surveys. Our asbestos surveyors are highly experienced and have demonstrated by examination and practical assessment that they have the necessary proficiency in occupational hygiene and have been awarded the BHOS proficiency certificate in building surveys and bulk sampling for asbestos.
