When Reddish Vale complete a type 3 survey, their quote for any removal work will be on an "all risks" basis.

A type 3 survey includes full access sampling, identification and assessment and is the normal survey required prior to any demolition or major refurbishment work.

Reddish Vale are so confident of their surevy knowledge, that when they have completed a type 3 survey for you, their price for the removal work will be quoted on an all risk basis.

This means they will keep their price the same and not seek to add any extras for any "unexpected" work completed in the areas surveyed. All risks means just that - if they do find something they will remove it but they will not seek to ask for additional monies from you.
